Random commented, Still broken for me as well. Two weeks of not getting any of my spent rerolls back and the timer on empty ones resetting to 167 hours 59 minutes.

Random commented, Exact same issue here too! Timer rolled over to one week without granting any rerolls back, all other factions for which I have used some but not all rerolls stayed at the same count as well.
