After Downing or While Playing Rook - No Player Icon

PC - Steam When I get downed and rez, or any time playing Rook, there's no player markers on the map. I can ping and see that, but that's the only thing. I'll try to get a pic and update.

I have the opposite problem. I can't hear anyone and no mic visuals pop up that someone is talking or trying to talk, but they can hear me and I can see my own mic toasts.
