    我购买了马拉松的豪华版，第一时间没有收到豪华版和预购奖励，我玩了大概四个小时后重新上线收到了奖励，并且充值了3950挡位的点券，购买了盗贼的白兔皮肤花费1500，剩余2450，我确定我的仓库有高级通行证兑换券x6，我尝试解锁通高级通行证的时候直接花费了我1000点券，现在剩余1450，为什么？为什么不会直接兑换呢？那我的豪华版奖励怎么办，你们会给我返还使用的1000点券吗？
