100% agree. If there is a function to clear a single key binding, it's not discoverable. It's very frustrating to need to reset an entire section of bindings just to reset a single one. And to OP's...

3. Enhancement Request Toggle Voice Chat on and off

This feature exists in SO many other games. Bungie NEEDS to add this. And there should be separate key bindings to toggle mute for Crew Chat and Prox Chat respectively.
