    I see the issue now I think, this is rather unintuitive: The last capstone unlocks access to the VIP upgrades. They're hidden until then.

    It's probably just a consequence of having a billion of those little 3d models on the screen at once. I notice it's worst when all the 1x1 gun mods are on screen.

    Typo in UESC Intercept codex entry

    The UESC Intercept codex entry reads at the very end "... if they can reach the drop point without too many distractions [read:rivals RUNNERS or any other threat or opportunity that may pop up]."  ...
