System Setup Frozen

I can launch the game but i cant get passed the System Setup Page... The mouse is frozen on screen, unresponsive, or i get the blue windows loading circle, forever loading.

during the system setup my mouse sits as a blue loading circle, i can click out of screen to my other monitor, but when i come back the mouse still doesnt respond. Ive restarted the game, verified ...
