Final Exfil has not spawned on dire Marsh

Just "finished" a run. Killed 2 teams, got purples. No final exfil point spawned. playing on PC. bungie name mi_kar#6226. Bug happened at 22:38 Beijing time. I want my refund or gold shield!

No Salvage granted after anomaly event exfill

Exfilled after completing anomaly event, after exfill I saw prestige salvage in the bottom right corner, my vault is full, no salvage was given, and non could be found in the postmaster. mi-kar#622...
