Teleporting due to server connection

Many times I had this issue when I start hitting an enemy player or get meleed by a UESC, I teleport. https://youtu.be/aNhgtg5hICk I have forwarded my port within my router.

Reward Pass Bug - Double Item Sold

In the reward pass the "Parasite Clutch" Deluxe Weapon Charm is sold twice; once on page 2 and once on page 4. It is the exact same item. I dont think this is on purpose.
