    CyberAcme contracts disabled after unfinished contract expired

    Tool contract was unable to complete through multiple runs.  Kept looting tool carts and it does not complete or update.  Left the game.  Successive tries after that - after about a week came back ...

    I have the same problem.  Tool cart contract was bugged unable to finish it through successive sessions.  Now it's locked and it says Oni has disabled contracts for this faction.
