I tried everything as well as reinstalling the game, im not sure what the issue is.

bungie support i appreciate the fast response, It says i have the deluxe edition installed as well, and when i check dlc it says i have it as well.

I bought the delxue edition, but i cannot use the skins that come with it. is there a bug going around?
