I can't chat via proxy or text. I'm 36 the permissions has a ! Symbol but there is no where for me to fix it.

Voice chat permissions on ps5

I can't use voice chat on my PS5 or text chat. The permissions has a ! Symbol. There is no whare I can enable or prove my age. I'M 36 THIS is ridiculous, why can't I use proxy chat?
