stuck behind fence on outpost

On outpost, east of processing, I was clumsy and fell behind the metal fence on the edge of the map boundary, and got stuck there, before intentionally jumping over the ledge in order to die. Bag spawned behind fence, teammate rebooted me, but I was still stuck behind the fence because assassin has no movement abilities. I don't have any photos, but the map lacks any ability to get out of the situation.
