Dire Marsh, West Gate exfil
Activated exfil beacon with roughly 20 seconds left in the game, just after reviving a teammate. The other teammate had disconnected earlier in the game. I jump back up Quarantine to loot runner bags. We jump off Quarantine with about 10 seconds left and I make it inside the ring with about 4 seconds left, teammate didn't make it. Exfil bubble did not activate and I died to timer.
Video shows me inside exfil after timer has ended, didn't have recording on until then. Did not die to UESC

I remember this from season 1 but haven't heard of it happening to anyone since then.
