Mailbox messages keep refreshing making you have to scroll back to keep reading

In the in-game Mailbox, I was reading the in message about the patch notes, which was pretty long, and every 40-60 seconds it would refresh or something and scroll back to the top and I had to keep scrolling back down to keep reading. I believe it shouldn't refresh after you open it up.

I took a video to show, it's pretty boring, but towards the end you can see it refresh and jump to the top. It kept doing this multiple times while I was trying to read. The mouse moving off the screen was me triggering my recording software to start the video capture.
