Incredibly Poor Connection

What exactly is the point of this setting

if your terrible matchmaking is going to put me in these kinds of lobbies?

I would really and truly have preferred to wait an extra few minutes for a match instead of getting shoved into a lobby that I had that poor of a connection to. 

I think you guys should honestly refund me the purchase price of your terrible game, then also give me the current and future battlepasses for free. The quality of the product you've put out is so utterly abysmal I will not stop advising people to avoid this game until every single one of these issues is fixed.
