Loss of Credits

Just finished a Cryo run last night and my account "lost" 60,000 credits.  Nothing purchased or upgraded.  Tried a reset but still no joy.  Any ideas?

    • The platform you play Marathon on.
    • Any steps which reproduce this type of loss.

    Hi thank you for your message and offer of help.

    I can answer some of your queries 

    • It was Saturday 24th October around 10.00pm GMT.
    • Xbox console
    • No reproductions of this loss has happened since.
    • I do not have a video clip. 

    I extracted from Cryo Archive with two friends (they had no affect of any loss) and I noticed my credits had dropped to around 7,000.  I am certain that I had over 70,000 maybe even 80,000 credits beforehand, so a loss of at least 60,000.  We all thought it was a strange glitch, but ceratinly an annoying one.
