Anomaly rewards not working

I’ve run Anomy twice this morning and both times it has shown x10 Run Rewards in the loadout report after the match, but when I’ve selected it there’s nothing in the list and the items haven’t been added to my vault.

    We understand you aren't receiving the rewards you expected from collecting the Anomaly. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an issue. For our investigation, kindly consider sharing the following details:

    • The platform you play the game on.
    • Were you holding the Anomaly when you exfiled? Or was it a member of your crew?
    • Any steps which appear to reproduce this issue, outside of what you've described.
    • A linked videoclip or series of screenshots demonstrating the error. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for sharing visuals with us.

    Once we have the above information, we'll investigate. Thanks.

    hey there i like to report the same issue I played last night and today both times I was holding it cause I was playing solo and when I looked at my run report it said I had rewards for it but when I look I dont see it and when I look in my vault I dont see them either pls help 10-14-26 also I was on pc AngelJr187 #4934 is my acc name

    Can you guys pls fix this, this is the 4th time this wk i have done the anomaly solo and never got anything for it, it is getting very frustrating
