"Incomplete" gauge free rewards pass from season 1

Description of the issue: despite fully completing "free" version of rewards pass, it still displays it as if I have 10 items I have yet to collect.

Hello there,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us. If you've completed only the free track, it's likely that the rewards missing, are the premium rewards that you could still access in the current season. If this differs from what's happening in-game, can you go into the Reward Pass and provide additional screenshots or a video showing the list of rewards?
