hello? bungie? still need help after 1.1.5

rtx 3090, intel i9 10900k, 32gb ram

before 1.1.5 game ran buttery smooth, after? terrible even with high frames the game is choppy. you keep repeating the same answers or not replying at all. what is going on? and im not the only one im seeing more players reporting this. ive fully reset this whole pc and still no fix, genuinely tried everything.
