  • Hello there,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are noticing performance issues in the game. If you haven't already, we'd recommend ensuring all of your drivers, Windows, and your BIOS are up-to-date. We'd recommend clearing your game cache through Steam if you haven't. Lastly, we'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If the issue persists, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can paste it over on PasteBin and respond with the link. Please also share any information about actions you might be taking in-game that may be affecting your performance.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.
I have attached my DxDiag report
I noticed that Marathon's memory usage steadily increases while playing. During gameplay the game reached approximately 7.7GB RAM usage, while total system memory usage reached 14-15GB out of 16GB available. After prolonged play sessions, Marathon freezes and Windows logs an Application Hang (Event ID 1002). The issue persists after reinstalling the game and testing different NVIDIA drivers.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
