Cradle reset rewards
I had reached max lvl 70 I think last week. I however delayed the reset till the final day to enjoy the stat boost. 3-4 hrs before the rest I proceeded to reset my cradle. I however don't seem to have access to the runner shell skin rewards after checking off the codex upon login.

We understand you appear to have not unlocked a skin you expected to get. Just to clarify, did you make sure to claim the Codex challenge reward before the reset? If you did and the entry is still unlocked, then please consider recording a video which demonstrates you've unlocked the Codex challenge, but don't have the skin unlocked on your shell customization screen.
If you record such footage, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate. Thanks.
I appreciate your response. Well that's unfortunate I don't have any visual proof that I reset my cradle. I did think it was strange that I didn't have immediate access to the skin but assumed it would not be available till after reset. Because of this I went back to the cradle to double check I indeed did reset. Would I have needed to add XP in evolved version or would resetting be enough? I will avoid waiting on such things in future I guess. Kind regards.
