Compiler Body Did Not Spawn, No Ganglion

  • Description of Issue - Our team killed the compiler, but after its death animation no body spawned or maybe the body spawned out of bounds. This ended up causing us to miss out on looting the ganglion. This is my first clear with Sentinel shell, would I still be eligible for the Cryo Shift skin when it is added?
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 9/25/2026 around 2pm-2:30PM EDT
  • Repro steps - Our team composition was 2 sentinels and 1 recon. I was a sentinel using a gold mod bully with punishment chip, the other sentinel had a salt wages unique LMG, and the recon was using another gold mod bully with common enemy chip. I threw 2 EMP grenades during the fight, and we killed the boss in one phase. I went into my inventory afterwards, so I did not catch the end of the compiler death animation or what happened to the body. We couldn't find it anywhere in the boss room or post-boss loot area.
