Vault 6 AI Subroutine & Hazard Capsule Uninteractible
On 22/09/2026, me (blackbird#1073) and my teammates (bungorr#0786 and Swordlily#6946) succeeded for the first time in completing the Vault 6 which we had been trying on multiple occasions, but upon entering the loot area, we encountered a severe geometry/collision bug where golden priority items became completely uninteractible after being dropped to the floor.
Specifically the glitch concerned the Hazard Capsule and AI Subroutine 6, the items we were after in the first place, since AI Subroutine 6 was the last one I needed to complete all of the Vault codex entries. Neither me or my teammates were able to interact with the items by any means. All other standard loot items in the room functioned perfectly, meaning only these two specific priority items were glitched.

We are requesting that the team to investigate the floor textures that are causing the glitch in the Vault 06, and if possible, grant Swordlily#6946 account the codex entry for AI Subroutine 6. Thank you.
