Cryo Archive - Vault 6 AI Subroutine bugged in the ground
I am writing regarding a bug encountered on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, while playing Ranked Cryo Archive.
My Bungie ID is bungorr#0786. My team and I finally managed to complete Vault 6 after multiple attempts and spending a lot of Vault 6 keys. Unfortunately, when we finished, we encountered a glitch where the Vault 6 AI Subroutine and the hazard capsule spawned inside the ground. We tried everything to interact with and pick up the item (approaching from different angles, using the Thief's Drone), but nothing worked. I already obtained the AI Subroutine back in Season 1, but my two teammates still do not have it. Since we successfully completed Vault 6 and not being able to pick the AI Subroutine to a map geometry glitch, it was very frustrating.
My teammates captured video clips proving the AI Subroutine was stuck in the terrain and uncollectible. Is there any way for support to manually verify our run and grant the Vault 6 AI Subroutine to my friends' accounts?
