Insomniac Gun Chip Doesn't Properly Add to Energy Amp Duration When Over 2:00 (BUG)

As shown in the clip, I use an energy Amp which sets the duration to 3:30mins (enzyme suppressants gives an additional buff of 30s duration to the amp).
My Impact-HAR has the insomniac chip, which is supposed to extend the duration of the amp whenever i get an elimination (bot or person). However, instead of granting additional duration, it instantly reduces the duration to 2:00mins. After that, it works properly. I assume this is because the chip works based off of the old energy amp duration being 2 minutes, and now doesnt work with the 3 minute duration

Also, if I understand correctly, this only happens on the first elimination with the Insomniac chip, and later eliminations will work as intended, correct?
I'll try to upload through YouTube. And yes, It happens on the first elimination, taking the timer from any time above 3mins to instantly 2min. Then, once its below 2min, it will properly boost up to a limit of 2min again.
