The Sigil skins are not available
The entire bunlde of The Sigil style skins are not available to be bought and can't be found in the cosmetic menu's. Neither Triage or Assasin's skin nor any of the guns skins are available.

It seems they weren't even taken off sale but were removed from the game entirely because you cannot view them even in inventory with limited time stuff like glacial destroyer
