UI Elements Disappearing randomly in lobby and in game

- Description of Issue - Randomly, sometimes right after launch, sometimes after a couple hours of playing, and even sometimes during a run - the UI will have random elements missing, unable to be interacted with, or cause the mouse cursor to disappear. Icons, images, runner previews, loadouts, can all disappear, as well. Nothing can seemingly be done to fix this, aside from waiting or clicking around. This is especially problematic when in game, trying to loot or access the map. It doesn't always happen, sometimes I won't encounter it, but it has been happening often enough to become a nuisance. Since observing this, I've verified my game files, reinstalled, and made sure to run any updates for windows and drivers. It has also persisted between game patches. I have an RTX5080 and AMD Ryxen 7 9800X3D.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Various times, repeatedly, seemingly started after the mid season patch, but I can't be certain on that timing.
- Repro steps - Unfortunately, there isn't any consistency behind when it happens.
