Account recovery
Good afternoon,
Last night at 2:30 am, I was trying to reset my cradle and had selected 58 levels worth of salvage/gear. Instead of converting it, it was sold. Is there anything that can be done to reset my account? As much as I love this game, I don't think I could go through that grind again and would have to give up playing the game at this point. I really appreaciate any help that you're able to provide.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear you accidentally sold many items when trying to convert them for your Cradle. Do you recall the steps you took that led to the incident? Was it an accidental misclick of the sell button, or did your items get sold without you hitting the sell button?
By any chance, were you able to record a clip or take some screenshots when it happened? If you did, please consider sharing them below so we can take a closer look. You can upload your media to a public hosting platform like YouTube or Imgur and share a link here.
As for gear returns/account resets, I'm afraid Support does not have the ability to do so, unfortunately. I'm truly sorry about that, but I'd be happy to help identify the issue to hopefully prevent this from reoccurring.
