Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with this codex. To clarify, can you confirm that you used the "Remove all energy" keybind when hovering over your cradle level on the cradle screen to reset your upgrades? If you'd removed all the energy manually, please try using the "Remove all energy" keybind.
