Problems with entering the run (match)
Me and my homies were waiting on the loading screen for 15 minutes. Never entered the run. We had pretty good staff on us. What can we do about the lost loot?
Europe servers.

It happened from 00:00 to 00:20 by Kyiv time.

We understand you encountered what sounds like a connectivity issue when launching a run. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this may have had. If you haven't yet done so, you may wish to consider Optimizing Connections, as this can often help to prevent situations such as that which you encountered.

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
