Missing items (including gold backpack) after quitting while in queue with a sponsored kit equiped.

I was running sponsored kit solo games to grind contracts with a real kit underneath. I realized I didn't have time for a match while loading in and alt-f4'd the game. The next time I logged in the sponsored kit was now in the place of the actual kit, and some but not all of the items from my actual kit were in the vault overflow screen. I was missing a few implants and my backpack.

The items from the sponsored kit including the compromised backpack and depleted patch kits/shield charges were in my inventory and were able to be put into my vault.
