I have must of done this challenge like 10 times and still isn’t unlocked , ive done it in a single run where i have killed someone using a frag Granade and killing someone with a knife I think the codex is still bugged I’ve tried to do it many ways by using the finisher or letting them bleed out nothing seems to work hope they fix it

it's not explained well in the codex, but you have to defeat (AKA Fully Kill) a runner with a grenade and one with a melee. as in they have to be Downed and then killed with one of those methods.
