Full Game Crash 3 times in same match

Myself and my friend loaded into Outpost in trios with a squad fill, and had completed a world boss activity and wiped the rest of the teams from the lobby on top of opening the red key door inside Pinwheel, and we were proceeded to complete my quest in the command wing (Unsanctioned Hostilities (4/5)) and in the middle of fighting the adds that spawned upon scanning the item in the quest room, we crashed out of the game, and after reconnecting crashed again, I was able to reconnect a third time but was met with being knocked by the UESC that had spawned.
