Uncrouch Bug - using third ability

Description of Issue - The Character uncrouches when using Thief Visor, or Mini Scanner (Sentinel) .. Probably Triage too
Rough Date and Time of issue - Every game
Repro steps - Crouch, use the abilities mentioned, Shell will stand up.
This is bad as I hit several lasers by accident or came out of cover
