bug crash the game in drone wing

My entire squad experienced what appears to be a serious game crash in the Drone Wing area.

We had already cleared the Outpost and were inside the Flight Room in Pinwheel (Drone Wing) when, without any warning, the game crashed for every member of our squad at the exact same time.

We immediately relaunched the game and tried to reconnect, but by the time we got back in, all of our characters were already dead and the run had ended. As a result, we lost all of our gear and loot.

This has now happened to me twice under the same circumstances. It's extremely frustrating to spend hours earning valuable loot only to lose everything because of what appears to be a game or server issue.

Since the entire squad crashed simultaneously, this doesn't appear to be an individual connection problem. I hope the team can review the server logs, investigate this issue, and help prevent it from happening again.

    Thank you for your report.

    We understand your crew has experienced a crash in Pinwheel's Drone Wing on two consecutive runs. This does seem strange to us. So we can effectively investigate, a few more details would help. When possible, please let us know the following:

    • The date you first experienced this on.
    • Please confirm: you play on Steam? Or is it a different platform?
    • Any steps which reproduce this other than entering Drone Wing. For instance, are you or a teammate working on a specific contract and this coincides with completing objectives?
    • Did you see any error codes or messages when this happened?
    • If you happen to have footage of one such incident, please consider uploading it to a site like Youtube and linking us to it here.

    Once we have the above information, we'll investigate this further on our end. Thanks.

    Thank you for your response and for taking the time to investigate this issue.

    Here is the information you requested:

    • First occurrence: July 23, 2026 (07/23/2026).
    • Second occurrence: July 24, 2026 (07/24/2026).
    • Platform: Steam.

    Regarding reproduction steps, both incidents happened in the Drone Wing area of Pinwheel. During the second incident, one of my teammates was working on a mission/objective inside Pinwheel, although I'm not sure of the exact objective. We had already cleared the area and were still inside Drone Wing when, without any warning, the game crashed for every member of our squad at the exact same time.

    None of us received any error codes or error messages. The game simply crashed to the desktop.

    When we relaunched the game and reconnected, the run had already ended. According to the game, our characters had been killed by AI enemies while we were disconnected, causing us to lose all of our gear and loot.

    I have already shared screenshots of the gear and loot that I lost in my previous post.

    Thank you again for taking the time to investigate this issue. I really appreciate your help, and I hope the server logs can help identify what caused these crashes so this issue can be prevented in the future.
