Cryo crashing versus gunfight

Last night my teammate and I faced multiple crashes during fights on cryo archive. We did not crash at the same time, and we crashed in different games. When my game crashed, I re-logged, but then the game crashed a second time. When I logged on a third time my team was wiped, which sucks because we had a good kit. I run a AMD GIGABYTE Radeon RX 7800 XT graphic card and AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D. My teammate does not have the same specs as me, and I’m pretty sure he is running Nvidia. Hopefully this can be fixed because there is no worse feeling then crashing and losing your cryo kit :(

    Could you please provide the following details to add to your report?

    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • What you were doing right before this happened
    • Did you see any error codes or messages?
    • Did the game crash directly to desktop?

    If you happen to have a video of the incident, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    1. Approximately 12am (midnight) PST was the game that I crashed twice in.

    2. Outside of panopticon, was fighting some teams.

    3. No. When the game crashed the first time, I just re-booted the game. When the game crashed a second time, I restarted my computer and no error codes were shown. The game just cut out and stopped.

    4. Yes, directly to desktop.

    I don’t have a video but I’ll try to record a clip next time.
