Mission rewards aren't as advertised

I'm able to collect mission rewards for the factions, but they regularly are different from what the mission contract says. e.g. getting a collection of mods from Traxus when the mission reward promised a weapon.

This appears to be the case across all factions.

- The date you first began to notice this issue on.
- The platform you play the game on.
- Any specific steps which reproduce this issue which you may not have already mentioned.
- A linked videoclip demonstrating this issue. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for sharing this with us.
