Factions not giving me rewards
Hey Bungie!
Ever since the new update when I get a faction level up it just is frozen. I initially saw that it must've been a glitch because it said i had so many agent boxes, but now when I actually DO level up. It just won't open the boxes (and i do have room in my vault) I took a video if you want me to attach it, but my friend I play with is also having the same issue so I'm assuming it might be something you're already aware of.

Thank you for reporting this. We have seen a rise in reports of issues impacting Faction rewards like you're describing. At this time, we are investigating the issue on our end. Your patience is appreciated while this is being looked into!
Having the same issue, but only NuCal is affected. Just adding to this.
Damn you're lucky its only nucal - mines everything but nucal and arachne. I feel like I'm gonna miss so many rewards once its fixed.
