Faction rewards issue since last update.

Issue:
Just leaded into game after the update, went into factions and noticed I had some level rewards waiting (that is odd should have opened them all unless some were given this patch?) went into vault and spend all my banked CARRI monies on reputation packs as is tradition. 

Back into factions and I am now: 
Cyber VIP 9 with 9 rewards waiting in agent tab
NuCal VIP 3 with 3 rewards as above
Traxus VIP 9 with 8 
MIDA VIP 13 with 12
Arachne VIP 15 with 14
Sekiguchi VIP 15 with 14 

If I click on any of the rewards I get a fail sounding noise and nothing is collected, (no warning of full vault, and I have room) and different noise from previously if I recall correctly, each faction has a different noise. 

Seems something is wrong with the faction rewards past VIP? IU should have already collected some of them, but I also should have some available from the CARRI rep I just bought. 

I was hoping to get a few pieces of salvage back after the huge amount I just rinsed into the cradle after resetting it. :)
