Mercy Kits and item modifiers on Vault Breaker

Gear like mercy kits can spawn even though they're useless in the mode. Also, things can spawn with level-up or other modifiers that are incapable of having tangible effects due to the exfil limitation on gear. Nothing else really jumped out to me as an oversight/bug in terms of available gear.
