PvE Cryo Archive death bag timer stuck at 1 & MISC

Was in fill Vault Breakers (triage) jumped into the clarence lvl5 valuable pit. Dbno by a Commander ghost halfway stuck in the floor under one of the ladders, while dbno other triage ult rez'd me and then I got dbno then full downed by the ghost. Fill Destroyer said "Your timer is stuck at a minute" and triage ult would not work. I alt tabbed to pull up my browser for this post and my game instantly closed. 
MISC Notes:
-Tried to put a png from the raid in this post that was literally a few Kilobytes and I was unable to?
-No error msg when game crashed, just closed?
-Didn't give me a chance to join back? Unsure if the session already ended but neither were near an exfil terminal
-I hope things start going better and I wish luck with trying to recover this Herculean task of a situation that is marathon

    We understand you experienced an issue with being DBNO. What you describe does sound odd. So we can effectively investigate, please reply with the following details when possible:

    • Steps which reproduce this issue. For instance, does this only occur in Vault Breaker?
    • A linked videoclip demonstrating what you experienced. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for sharing footage with us.
