Can’t claim rank up rewards on VIP-ed factions
Traxus is the only VIP faction I have and I can’t claim the rank up rewards

We have received reports of players experiencing this issue with VIP factions and their rewards. At this time, we're investigating the cause of this. Your patience and understanding while this is investigated is appreciated.
Same except all my factions are VIP except for arachne. Also haven’t unlocked all the nodes to access VIP rewards for nucal or mida.
Same I can't claim CyAc and SekGen rewards, and I have VIP in both.
