Marathon Faction Agent Rewards Bug

Since new mid season update I no longer allowed to claim faction agent rewards if my faction is VIP please fix ASAP would love to evolve my cradle

    We understand you're unable to claim faction rewards for your VIP factions. This does seem strange to us. So we can effectively look into this, please reply with the following details when possible and we'll investigate:

    • The platform you play the game on.
    • A linked videoclip demonstrating what you experience. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for sharing this clip.

    Once we have the above information, we'll investigate. Thanks.

    All of my VIP factions rank rewards are bugged :( I have a lot too, im missing out on a lot of items to upgrade because of this. The whole point is to get said salvage and credits to upgrade and I cannot. It feels pointless right now.
