Reward pass bug
I didn’t receive the purple bag pack and schemas of the reward pass … what can I do ? Thanks !

We understand you didn't appear to receive a backpack and schemas from your rewards pass. This does seem strange to us. So we can better assess the situation, kindly consider linking us to screenshots of the rewards you claimed but didn't receive as they appear on the pass. We'll then review and see what we can hopefully suggest.
Hello ! It’s just the purple bag in the reward pass on page 5. Same for the schematics of the shotgun page 4. It’s not in my stach .. and not in my armory .. what can I do ? Thank you so much

While we're guessing you may have already verified this, have you checked whether the items in question are in your Vault overflow?
If they aren't, then please link us to screenshots showing you claimed the rewards from your pass, but don't have them in your inventory. Let us know the date and time this occurred on as well and we'll investigate.
