Got flooded with Silk

- Description of Issue - I completed my first Vault Breaker run (solo, used final exfil), gained one season level (which surprised me admittedly), and for this one level-up was given an immense amount of Silk, despite the fact that I only leveled up once.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - approximately 19:25 UTC.

Hey Bungie. Wanted to report that this isn't an isolated incident. Happened to me as
well upon reaching Level 87
