New update generated dozens of unredeemable rank rewards

Issue: upon loading into game, was presented with well over thirty rank reward notifications from all factions except Arachne, none of which are redeemable. Attempting to redeem triggers the requisite sound effect to load the rewards screen but claim never triggers.
CyAc: 33 Rewards
NuCaloric: 5 Rewards
Traxus: 13 rewards
Mida: 1 reward
Sekiguchi: 7 Rewards
Additionally: an active contract was in place in Arachne, uncertain if this is what lead to Arachne not spawning false positives along the other factions.

We understand you're experiencing an issue with anomalous rank rewards. At this time, we've taken note of your report. We will be sure to investigate this on our end.
I have this as well, playing on PC via Steam. I've been able to claim at least Cyac's rewards.
I am also seeing these reward claims available. PC player, logging on through Steam. The number of rewards available seems equivalent to the number of ranks I have gained (e.g. I am at CyberAcme rank 29, and have 28 rewards available); the exception is Sekiguchi, which is at VIP rank 2 and has only one reward available. I have not attempted to claim any of them. I found this issue when I logged in, at about 18:40 UTC.
