Mouse lag Part 4
- Bungie Account Name - parkerjurgenmann#4828
- Platform - Steam- Mouse and Keyboard/ also controller but there is no problem with controller
- Description of Issue - When I load into the main menu my mouse is incredibly laggy to a point where the game is unplayable, another problem is that when I click on vault, shells, etc. it takes forever to actually lick on it and go into the menu. When I go into the game it's almost as if there is no connection between my mouse and the game as it just looks in different directions by itself, I have no problem using a controller playing the game and when I play other games on keyboard and mouse the issue is non-existent. There are two videos down below that show how the game acts while in the menu and also in game.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Going on for almost 5 weeks
- Repro steps - I followed online videos of this issue, turned off overlay on all my apps, uninstalled/reinstalled, and other steps that I have found online. I also was in contact on this website with Bungie help and followed their steps until they said that they are investigating the issue around 2 weeks ago and am now wondering if there is a update yet or is there a way I can get in contact with someone at bungie in order to help and possibly explain the issue further to possibly help.
