Sponsored Kit Not Updating with Daily Armory Refresh

I’ve been stuck with a Free Sek Sponsored Kit in my armory for 2-3 days now, not updating when the armory refreshes. Rest of armory seems to refresh fine but my Sponsor has been stuck while the Enhanced Faction kit rotates regularly and the Cryo kit did show up over the weekend as well. Thanks for any support!

We understand the free sponsored kit available in the Armory hasn't been updating to a different kit with the passing of each day. This does seem strange to us. So we can investigate this effectively, please consider sharing the following details:
- The platform you play on.
- Did it seem as if any specific in-game actions or interactions with the kit triggered this issue? If yes, which steps appeared to produce it?
- If you have screenshots or footage which demonstrates this kit hasn't been changing, then please consider linking us to those visuals.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out!

I play on Playstation5. No specific in-game interaction seemed to cause this. I noticed it first yesterday, 7/15 when the daily armory refreshed and I still had a SekGu sponsored kit instead of the Arachne kit I assumed should be there based on the Enhanced kit. I had logged off about 30 minutes before the armory refresh yesterday and logged back in about 2 hours after, which is when I noticed the bug. I don’t have a screenshot but have taken one for today’s kit in case it doesn’t swap tomorrow! Thanks and let me know how else I can help!
