New weapons featuring the Minor Arcana skin, lacking visuals in shop.

The preview images of the BRRT SMG and V99 Channel Rifle "Minor Arcana" weapon style, in the shop, only partially load.

Both appear to be missing the main portion of the gun. Exiting the game and restarting, after verifying files, had no impact.

    We understand new weapons featuring the Minor Arcana skin are lacking a visual when viewed in the shop. We're sorry to hear of this. For our investigation, please share the following details when possible:

    • Please clarify: is the platform you play on Steam? If not, which platform are you on?
    • Do certain in-game steps reproduce this? Or is the issue present as soon as you access the shop?
    • Linked screenshots or video footage of the issue. Sites like Imgur or Youtube would be ideal for this.

    Once we have the above information, we'll investigate this further. Thanks.

    Platform: Steam, photo failed to load in original post as well as here.
    Not sure if there is a limit to upload file size.

    Regarding steps to reproduce, after logging in again the new Minor Arcana items are no longer present in the store for purchase.
