Triage Mastery Bug

I completed the following Triage Mastery Challenges:

Beneficial Virulence

Yet, in my Codex it's not showing as completed.

    Hello there,
    Thank you for your report.

    We are aware of issues with Beneficial Virulence tracking and are currently looking into these matters.
    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
